Khloé Kardashian Staying Fit While Pregnant Because Baby Weight Is Her “Biggest Nightmare”

The reason? “Khloé feels huge. Pregnancy has changed her body, and she is very self-conscious right now,” a source recently told In Touch. “Getting pregnant has always been her dream — and she knows weight gain comes with pregnancy, but she really doesn’t want to be seen as the ‘fat sister’ again.”

Pregnancy hasn’t been easy for Khloé Kardashian. Since news broke in September that she and NBA player Tristan Thompson are expecting their first child together early next year, the reality star, 33, has been trying her best to cover up her baby bump in public.

In the early seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé’s weight was often a topic of conversation. “It was a terrible time in her life,” said a second source. Added another insider: “She doesn’t want to have to relive the weight storyline again.”

Khloé has vowed to get back in shape soon after the baby is born but fears it won’t be an easy task. “She feels like she’s under a microscope,” the first source explained to In Touch. “Struggling to lose the baby weight is her biggest nightmare.”

In a seeming effort to stay as fit as possible throughout her pregnancy, Khloé has been sweating it out at the gym with sister Kourtney Kardashian. The Revenge Body host showed off her baby bump during a recent exercise session, which she documented on Snapchat.

After fans criticized her for working on her fitness while pregnant, Koko was quick to clap back. “For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden but MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended,” she wrote in an angry tweet. “Thanks, kiddos! Don’t make me stop sharing s–t.”
