Black Coffee surprised South Africans on Sunday by bringing out his left arm which has been kept for years. He topped the Twitter trend list as people are in awe after the DJ brought out his two hands in a new photo. In the photo which has gone viral on social media, the DJ whose real name is Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo placed his two hands on the table; he was sitting beside his son when the moment was captured.
However, people were shocked by sighting the two hands as the Grammy-award-winning star has always kept his left arm in his pocket.

In 1990, Black Coffee was involved in a taxi accident that saw him suffer a severe injury on his left arm. He suffered a brachial plexus injury.
Did he do for surgery or the arm is up by orally treatment agents only? Because physio won’t help with such condition!!!!
