The Baroka goalkeeper, who has been nominated for his overhead kick goal against Orlando Pirates, is facing Arsenal and French striker Olivier Giroud and Venezuelan women’s team player Deyna Castellanos for the award.

Bolt says Masuluke deserves the award.“I’d vote for Oscarine Masuluke. For a goalkeeper to score an overhead kick in stoppage time like that is impressive,” Bolt told Fifa’s website.

Masuluke already had the backing of Nigerian legend, Jay-Jay Okocha, and now Bolt – an avid football fan, has also thrown his weight behind the Baroka goalkeeper.
