IT TOOK a knock to her career for musician Tina Mkwaiwa to save her relationship with her mum.
But the foul-mouthed wife of businessman Prosper Mkwaiwa has finally seen the light.
Rumour has it that she’s going to build a house for her mum, who she insulted publicly.
Sunday Sun reported in November last year that Tina’s mum, Ntombizifihle Dlangwana (55), was living in poverty in Scenery Park, East London.
At the time Tina was quoted as saying: “F*ck her, I don’t like her.”
Our sources say those remarks made people on the streets point at her wherever she went, so Tina wants to build her mum a house as an apology.
“Tina bought a stand at Sokhulumi outside Bronkhorstspruit. She realised that her rants had compromised her career. She wants to build a relationship with her mum,” our source said.
Approached for comment, Tina said: “My mom is very sick and I want to bring her closer to me. I’m building her a four-bedroom house. I wish people would stop interfering with my family.” I never insulted my mom, I only said ‘f*ck that shit.’ I am tired of people who are interfering with my family. When it comes to my family, I will kick somebody’s ass. I love my mom.” Tina said.
