Famous Mzansi’s Bonnie and Clyde, Thabo Bester and Nandipha Magudumana shared a “romantic” moment together following their court appearance on Wednesday, 5 June.
The couple appeared in the Free State High Court where, alongside seven others, they are facing charges of assisting his prison escape, fraud, corruption, and violating multiple bodies.
The accused will make their next appearance again on 24 July. While Thabo Bester and Nandipha Magudumana kept their distance in the courtroom, they shared a tender moment together when proceedings had ended.
In a video shared, Bester – who claimed Nandipha and his co-accused were “innocent” – mouthed sweet nothings to his rumoured girlfriend.
He said: “I love you too. I got you”.
He then asked her: “You ok?”, to which Nandipha nodded her head.

In March, Bester referred to Nandipha as his “former girlfriend” in court papers. The convicted rapist and murderer had filed an urgent application to block streaming service Showmax from airing its documentary Tracking Thabo Bester.
Late last year, the couple appeared loved-up in the dock, sharing hugs, jokes, and even holding hands.
