JUST a few minutes after he got out of the taxi from KZN, Khayelihle Sithole was welcomed with a gun to his face.
Khayelihle decided to take action and returned on Wednesday to look for the thugs.
He told Daily Sun: “My bags had important documents and I couldn’t let these people just do what they wanted.
“I woke up in the morning to go and search for the thugs.
“By six in the morning, I was already in town with my mum at the spot I was robbed.
“Luckily, the stupid thugs were wearing my clothes.”
Khayelihle managed to catch one of the thugs but the other two managed to escape.
Police spokesman Warrant Officer Xoli Mbele said the suspect led them to another suspect who was arrested.
“The two suspects are facing charges of armed robbery,” said Mbele.
The two men are due to appear in the Joburg Magistrates Court.
The third suspect is still on the run.
