Mbali Nkosi is a South African actress, presenter, singer and dancer best known for placing third on the fourth season of the reality competition series Big Brother Mzansi (Season 2 on Mzansi Magic), with her partner Chelsea Humfrey.

Mbali was introduced to the arts at the age of five when her mother enrolled her at the Le Gal Dance Academy, where she trained in classical dance such as ballet, tap, modern, Spanish and drama.

She later had dance lessons for hip-hop, belly dancing, and salsa.

While still in high school she had a cameo as a dancer on the M-Net musical drama series Angel’s Song.

and in Grade 12 she and Moagi Seete wrote the song “Free”, which recording artist and actress Thembi Seete recorded for her album “Music Is My Life”.

The song was nominated for Song of the Year at the South African Music Awards (SAMAs).
