MUVHANGO’S top-notch businessman Tumahole, real name Lebogang Banyane, is now a cattle herder.

In the soapie he is business-savvy and a philanthropist. But Sunday Sun has learnt that the soapie star has been herding his aunt’s cattle since his disappearance from the Venda soapie.
Although he was loved and adored by many viewers on Muvhango, Tumahole was only working as a freelancer or call-up actor and his removal from the soapie is still a mystery.
As if that was not enough, the talented actor from the Free State once had a scene where he was involved in an accident and sustained major injuries to his knees and had to be hospitalised.
At the time he was put on a cast but now Sunday Sun can
reveal that recently Tumahole suffered a leg fracture after he tried to jump a stream in his home township of Welkom while herding his aunt’s cattle.

Tumahole, who is a teacher by profession, says he didn’t anticipate the injury and it’s now affecting his shooting schedule for an upcoming horror movie that is shot in the Free State by local filmmaker, Brian Selekoe.
“It’s funny I had the same cast on Muvhango and now I experience it in real life. The fracture is healing okay and the doctors say I’ll be fine soon,” he said.
Responding to allegations of cattle herding, Tumahole said: “Yes, I do help my aunt with whenever I can as she is too old to be doing it herself.”
About his role in the soapie the actor said: “I’m a call-up actor and I know I’ve been out of the limelight for a while now but I’ve been involved in a number of theatre productions to perfect my acting skills.”
He continued: but I don’t anticipate to get any call anytime soon, but I am still hungry for acting scenes,” he said.
Lebogang as he is known by his peers is not only an actor, the English teacher is also a gospel singer and helps aspiring musicians and actors in his home province to showcase their talent through his Lebogang and friends in praise which organises theatre plays and gospel concerts in Free State.
The generous actor organises festivals whereby local talent is exposed to the bigger audience, and has been
