GLORIA Ngobeni (49) was sick for a long time.
They had taken her to medical doctors, who said they could find nothing wrong.
As a last resort on Sunday, the Ngobeni family took her to one more sangoma to find out what was making Gloria sick.
But the sick woman died before the man could help her . . .
She died in her son-in-law’s arms inside the sangoma’s yard!
Speaking to Daily Sun, Carlos Mathosi of Daveyton, Ekurhuleni, said: “Mama was very sick and we were from the hospital when they told us they could not see what was making her sick.”
He told the People’s Paper she was weak and complained of pains.
The sangomas they had been to before claimed she had an ancestral calling to be a sangoma. Others had said she was bewitched. But none of them could help her.
They were referred to sangoma Edward Mondlane from Mandela in Daveyton.
Mondlane said: “I’m the one who told Carlos not to take her into the house because I could see she was trembling and weak.”
Paramedics who arrived at the scene certified her dead and her body was taken to the local mortuary.
