We, a very well established company that has been running for over 23 years with over 400 staff, is expanding aggressively as we want to break into more markets.
We sell to clients who have been referred ONLY, all our clients also know to expect our call as we do not follow cold calling strategy focussing just on numbers.
We offer you as the consultant full training during which you also earn a salary, hit every target during training and the income should be over 50K for training alone.
We also have a pay per sale income structure which means we will pay for each and every sale you did for us, we have no claw-backs on commission and our comm is also completely and totally uncapped and thus no limit to your income. (Basics in certain training weeks as well as 5500 Monthly on permanency just for some security)
Targets are extremely reachable.
Our top 4 consultants nett over 100K monthly, with our company average for sales is sitting on 44K.
We have benefits such as med aid, Gautrain travel, help in passing your regulatory exam and yes, we even have a gym here.
