WHEN Wandi Mabaso met his girlfriend Lucky in 2013, their love burned brightly like a hot flame.
But today Wandi is broke and lonely after the woman he used to love allegedly ransacked his house, taking everything.
Even his special collection of Jameson Irish Whiskey has gone.
Wandi (45), from Etwatwa in Daveyton, Ekurhuleni said things changed for the worse when he told his lover it was over.
He claimed she cleaned out his room and took everything he had.
He said he was away last Sunday and when he returned neighbours told him his girlfriend was seen loading everything onto a truck.
“They thought we were moving and didn’t suspect she was stealing from me.” He said Lucky left him with nothing. “She even took the groceries from the fridge!”
He told Daily Sun he went to his girlfriend’s family but her parents told him they had not seen her. “I want her bust and my stuff back.”
But Lucky Mathebula (39) told Daily Sun the stuff she took was hers. “I am the one in the house who is working. I left him because he is abusive.”
She claimed she found used condoms in the house. “Neighbours told me he brought women home while I was working as a security guard.” Captain Kay Makhubela said cops were investigating.
