Zolani Mahola is one of the South Africans who are very happy about the fact that they can now legally cultivate and smoke weed in the privacy of their homes.

The singer shared a picture of her self sporting a huge smile and literally chilling with the the dagga plants.

She captioned the picture, “In other news: I be chilling in the garden with my friends Mary and Joanna”.

A court ruling declared sections of the Drugs and Drug Trafficking Act, 1992 invalid and unconstitutional was passed down on Friday last week by Justice Dennis Davis in the Western Cape High Court.
