Certified Fibre Optic technician required with experience
We require an honest, friendly, reliable person to join our team.
OTDR testing, loop joints, dome joints, patch panel termination (FTTH)
Strong admin skills required as this will be part of your daily duties
Knowledge of applicable electronic equipment and speciality tools
Willing to work over-time and weekends when required
Knowledge of Health and Safety advantageous
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Good knowledge of fibre splicing principles and equipment
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond positively to feedback
- Excellent stress management skills
- 1-year experience in fibre optic splicing and testing
- Previous experience within a telecommunication company is an added advantage.
