“When you eat oysters and dark chocolate you get the ‘I want to have s*x feeling’. Those are the type of food you should have on a night in with your partner.”
He said there are also different fruits that enhance s*x drive, such as watermelon, oranges, avocado, pumpkin seeds, garlic and nuts.
Drinking water helps, as well as losing bad habits like smoking weed and cigarettes which affect a man’s sperm count.

Here are few exercises that complement certain s*x positions. If you do them regularly then your sex life will be steamy, and you will enjoy your partner.
1) Position: Doggy Style Exercise you can do is Knee Bend Resistance – Anchor a resistance band to a pole and the other end around your hip. Look away in the opposite direction of the pole. Squat down with you buttocks (glutes) and. Swiftly lift your glutes to assume a position. It tones the thighs, this position requires strong muscles to last you the whole round.
2) Position: Normal Missionary.
Push Ups – Lie on your stomach. You get into a push up position; push your glutes up and down to strengthen your triceps for balance. Lift your head towards the roof.

Sand Bag Bear Hug Squat – Take a heavy sand bag into squat position. Do about 5 to 10 repetitions per squat, and hold each for 20 seconds. Squats help the lower body to be gain flexibility and also increase stamina.
5) Position: Face Off
V-Sit Progression – Sit on the floor, lean back and lift your legs off the floor. Make sure they are straight and at a 45 degrees angle, your body should form a V shape and hold the position for 30 seconds.
